Day 9 Sun Rest Day
Day to catch up on some washing, organising the car and well doing not much.
After brunch we wandered up to have a look at Glen Helen Gorge, one of the few permanent water holes on the Finke River. Again Tracey grabbed some fantastic photos.
And an interesting one!
Relaxing into the afternoon whilst watching Paul prepare our evening meal.
Roast Lamb, vegetables followed by lemon meringue pie all made from scratch.
And the result was fantastic, everything perfect.
After dinner back down to the live music put on by Chris Aronsten, I think Paul is a fan… bought a CD 4 years ago and bought another yesterday.
Big day tomorrow heading into the Tanami Desert, stopping along the track somewhere… then onto Wolfe Creek Crater for the next night. Talk soon.
Fantastic you guys......and that Paul is so multi-talented. Can Paul make us a lemon meringue pie in Paris when he and Kate visit!!!!!!!
