Mon 2 July Manning Gorge – Silent Grove (Bells Gorge)
Day 24
Up in the morning and down to the water for the start of the Manning Gorge walk.
First up cross the Manning River… swim or you can manage the ferry yourself…
Now this was reported as a 2km walk but it must have been as the crow flies as it went on and on…
But it was worth the walk…
Then back on to the road to Silent Grove in the King Leopard Range Conservation Park, with Bell Gorge planned for the morning.
Cheers…
Unfortunately we were only celebrating the opening of our last “2” beers!
Nothing available for at least 3 more days.
Wow I am soooooooooo jealous your adventures look great & Tracey's photos are fantastic - in particular the panoramic shots are impressive.
ReplyDeleteHi there. Such beautiful/magnificent scenery the photos are just fantastic. The only moment of concern for me was the thought of walking in chest deep water – do you know what could have possibly been eyeing off your feet? Kyle how many burgers did you eat?
ReplyDeleteLook forward to next post.
Linda
