Tue 3 July Silent Grove – Windjana Gorge National Park

Day 25

Up again in the morning and straight to Bell Gorge for the walk to the falls…  Again well worth the walk…

 

Cosy spot!

Opportunity to walk down to the bottom of Bell Gorge but it was a steep, time consuming track so we opted to head out to Windjana Gorge early and walk it this afternoon.

Setting up early and having lunch at Windjana Gorge camping ground, nice back drop!

Then to a fantastic Gorge, part of a “Great Barrier Reef” 380million years ago.  Gorge made of limestone and filled with fresh water crocodiles, lovely…
